Hello!
A few months ago, we removed the District Congress as a joinable faction from the server. This was done mainly because it was very inactive at the time, and because it did not offer much incentive to players to make them want to participate. Well, today, we’re happy to announce that it’s coming back. Introducing: The Chamber of Binders.
The Chamber of Binders is a revamped iteration of the District Congress. The main difference it has with its predecessor is the introduction of ‘Parties’, officially known as “Binders”.
With the introduction of Binders, we allow characters to come together as a group that shares ideas and beliefs, and officially register themselves as such with the Speaker.
After that, the chamber introduces and votes on legislation weekly that directly affects the district and the people living within it.
