“Testing, one-two. I am not fully certain if this is the correct frequency, but, to whoever is listening to this: I have a proposition for you. For the past few days, I have been monitoring a location just outside the city that has mostly been abandoned after what the Combine did to it. However, it could potentially be rich in supplies, resources, or intel. I am looking for eager individuals to join me in exploring it. If you are interested, you can meet me by the southern sewer entrance right by the train tracks in the afternoon. Please come armed, if possible. This is not a task to be taken lightly. I will be waiting.”

This will be a single-day off-map event for Citizens, Rebels, & Criminals. Any other faction will not be able to participate (not officially, at least. If some CWU or CMU want to sneak in for some reason, they could. IC is IC.).

Standard Permanent-Kill rules will apply to this event. Combat will default to S2K for NPCs, and S2RP for players, unless of course stated otherwise.
